Panama City Beach (PCB) is one of the premier destinations for tourists looking to get close to the beach. It is known for its clean white sand beaches, clear, emerald ocean water, and great places to eat. With several condos already located there, the developers of the Tidewater Condominium wanted to provide something unique, and built the tallest condo complex at Panama City Beach. The condo has a large entrance drive and 2 pools located on site and both required modular brick pavers. Pavers are common around pools and roadways near the beach because they look much better than concrete or asphalt.

T. Baird & Associates, Inc. had contracted with Synergy to design and build the segmental wall on this project and asked Synergy to consider installing the pavers on the project since they did such a good job on the wall. Synergy and T. Baird were able to agree on a price and Synergy was contracted to install the pavers on the project. Over 30,000 sf of pavers were required on the project. The installation of the pavers was completed in the Spring of 2007.
